Oddio che mi sono comprata!!!!/What the hell did I buy?!?!

Credo che tutta la faccenda matrimonio mi stia dando un po' alla testa...

The wedding issue is driving me a little insane...

Ieri sono stata a Milano perché avevo un colloquio in programma. Il mio treno aveva 30 minuti di ritardo (grazie Trenitalia) e così mi hanno posticipato l'incontro di qualche ora.

Visto che c'ero, e soprattutto che non avevo pranzato, ho pensato di fare un salto mangereccio nel mio posto del cuore di Milano, il California Bakery di Piazzetta Sant'Eustorgio.

Yesterday I went to Milan for an interview. My train was thirty minutes late so the company postponed my meeting.

As I was there and I was really hungry, not having lunched, I decided to go to California Bakery, one of the places I love most in Milan.

Ho preso un gustosisismo bagel al prosciutto cotto e sono uscita con due pacchetti di preparato per pancakes...

I hate an amazingly tasty ham&salad bagel and bought two pancakes mix boxes.

Il "peggio" però doveva ancora venire... :)

Mentre camminavo su Corso di Porta Ticinese mi fermo ad una vetrina e vedo un bracciale. Decisamente strano, decisamente molto poco il mio genere... ma con sue sposini sopra!

Me entrare e me comprarlo sono stati atti che vedo al rallentatore nella mia mente ma che lì per lì a stento ho realizzato.

But the worst was yet to come... :)

While walking on Corso di Porta Ticinese I stopped by a window and saw a bangle. So weird, not at all my kind... but it had two newlyweds on!

I now see me entering and buying it as a slow motion scene in my mind, but I did hardly realize what I was doing when doing it.

Vabbè... lo metterò al mio addio al nubilato e poi lo nasconderò in qualche casseto :D !!!

Well... I guess I'll wear it on my bachelorette party and then hide it in some drawer :D!!
