Buongiorno!! Scusate l'assenza di ieri, ma sono giorni di grandi lavori sul blog che presto spero di potervi mostrare! Ieri sera qui ha piovuto un po' e quell'odore di terra bagnata che mi piace tanto è ancora un po' nel naso. E questo, unito al fatto che domani è festa e che mi aspettano, in ordine sparso, un bel ponte, un meraviglioso compleanno di un meraviglioso cucciolo d'uomo, un po' di craft e qualche dolcetto da fare, mi rende carica di energia positiva!

Good morning lovely readers! Please forgive my absence yesterday, but these days I have been quite busy working on my blog! Yesterday rained here and that smell of wet earth I love is still in my nose. This, together with the fact that I'll be on vacation 'til Monday, that I'll join a gorgeous birthday party of the sweetest of the little boys, I'll do some crafts and bake some sweets, makes me happy and full of positive energy!

Sitting under / in a tree

Non è affatto segreta la mia passione per le ragazze di Sitting in a Tree e quando ho visto queste immagini prima su Utterly Engaged e poi su Love and Lavender non ho potuto resistere all'idea di pubblicarle anche io.

Adoro i colori pastello, la coperta per il picnic fatta di nastri intrecciati, gli animaletti e i piatti oro, i centrini di carta, i fiori tra i capelli e il cardigan giallo della sposa... sì, è vero, tutto!

It's no secret my passion for the girls from Sitting in a Tree and so when I came across these pictures first on Uterrly Engaged and then on Love and Lavender I could not help but posting them too.

I simply adore the pastel colors, the picnic blanket made of ribbons, the gold little animals and plates, the paper doilies, the flower in the bride's hair and her yellow cardigan... yeah, it's true: i love everything form this shoot!

L'idea decor in più?! Le librerie usate per creare l'arco per la cerimonia, piene di vecchi libri e piantine di fragole! E i libri tornano come segnatavolo e anche sul tavolo dei dolci...

The bonus idea?! The bookcases used to create the ceremony ark, filled with old books and strawberries plants! And books come back again as table numbers and on the dessert table...

Il mio 5 Maggio è andato molto bene! Ho provato anche una ricetta golosissima: cupcakes al margaritas!!Buoni buoni davvero... e poi tortillas al pollo marinato, guacamole, corona!

My own Cinco de Mayo was really cool! I also tried an amazing margaritas cupcakes recipe! Truly delicious... and I also made tortillas with chicken, guacamole and had corona beers!
